- Each bike is fully assembled before shipping, with brakes and gears adjusted, bearings set to optimal settings, and the handlebar cockpit aligned ergonomically. All screws are checked, and critical connections are secured with screw locking varnish.
- The bike is securely packed in a double-walled Bike-Safer Box to ensure maximum protection during transport.
- Upon receiving the bike, you only need to mount the pedals, insert the front wheel, and you’re ready to ride.
- As a bonus, we provide a high-quality torque wrench with Allen and Torx bits free of charge. In some cases, with downhill or trekking bikes, the handlebars may still need to be straightened.
- Your new bike is ready to ride within minutes, allowing you to enjoy your first ride right away.
