Please be aware that the following payment methods are applicable only for in-store purchases:
- We accept most major credit or debit cards as payment.
- For online credit card payments, contact us first and please ensure that the expiry date of your card is after the expected dispatch date of your order. Occasionally, payment may be deducted from your account shortly before the goods are dispatched. If your payment card has expired, we will be unable to process payment and fulfill your order.
Wire Transfer – Bank Transfer
If you have placed an order directly on our website, you will receive an immediate confirmation email for your order, provided that you have provided a valid email address. This confirmation will detail the items you have ordered, their prices, freight charges, order number, and our bank details.
Your goods will be dispatched once we have received the payment in our bank account. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing the parcel number, allowing you to easily track the progress of your parcel online if desired. For international bank transfers, you may opt for a SEPA money transfer.
Most card issuers offer coverage for any charges resulting from unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, although some may limit your liability to €50. If you suspect unauthorized use of your card, it is important to contact your card issuer immediately.
We apologize, but at the moment, we are unable to accept payment via PayPal, vouchers, purchase orders, checks, or any other form of payment besides credit/debit cards or wire transfers.
