We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you wish to return items, please familiarize yourself with our returns policy outlined below. Please note that these terms do not apply to in-store sales.
You have 14 days from the receipt of goods to return unused and unworn items.
We accept the return of items, under our No Questions Asked Policy, only if they are in their original condition, accompanied by packaging and labels (where possible).
If you return the goods to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving them, we will gladly offer you an exchange, account credit, or a full refund.
Error or Defective Items:
You have the right to reject faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods within 30 days.
Defective items must be returned in a clean or laundered condition, with all original packaging and labels (where possible), along with proof of purchase. We also require a written explanation of the problem with the product.
Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Upon receiving your returned goods, our Returns Department will assess them to ensure they meet our Returns Policy and qualify for repair, replacement, or refund.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is defective, we will gladly refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item back to us.

Important Additional Notes:
- For returns of non-defective items that are not our error, customers will be responsible for the return cost of postage and packing.
- Deposits are non-refundable. We will hold products on deposit for a maximum of 6 weeks from the date the deposit is placed.
- Cancelled special orders may be subject to a 40% re-stocking charge.
